●Next generation equipment measurement system
■Description It is a counting system of apparatus (prototype) before coming out to a market. Two or more apparatus is measured simultaneously and data is collected. Measurement conditions and the measurement method are directed from PC. PC application is created by VC++ and I/F BOX consists of SH2 and FPGA.		■PC screen shot
